Hydraulic quick exhaust valve /Fast - acting air release Valve

The quick air release valve is mainly used at the top of the pipe or the place where air is closed to expel the gas inside the pipe, unblock the pipe and ensure the normal operation of the pipe.

The rapid air release valve is mainly used at the top of the pipe or at the airtight point to release the gas inside the pipe and unblock the pipe, ensuring the normal operation of the pipe and the water output meeting the design requirements. When water enters the pipe, the float ball stops at the lower part of the ball bucket to release a large amount of air. When the air is completely released, the water enters the valve and passes through the ball bucket to lift the ball and close it, stopping the air release. During normal operation of the pipe, a small amount of gas will naturally be produced. These gases will concentrate in the upper part of the pipe to a considerable extent. The water and balls in the valve will drop at any time, and the gas will be discharged without limitation. If this valve is not installed, the gas inside the pipe will form gas blockage, causing the water output of the pipeline to fail to meet the design requirements.

 Features:

1. It can expel the gas in the pipeline, reduce resistance and save energy.

2. The exhaust capacity is several times that of a common double-port exhaust valve.

3. When the pipeline is under negative pressure, this product can quickly and automatically draw in air to prevent pipeline rupture.

4. The float ball is made of stainless steel, which has a long service life and is safe and reliable.
